TenderChief is an independent AI intelligence feed that summarises publicly available government tender information for registered users. By using this website or WhatsApp service, you agree to these terms.

Service

We provide daily and on-demand summaries of GeM, PWD, and other e-procurement listings. We do not submit bids, hold digital signatures, or act as a procurement consultant on your behalf.

Your responsibilities

You must independently verify EMD, eligibility, BOQ, corrigenda, and deadlines on the official portal before bidding. TenderChief is not a substitute for the original tender document.

Accounts and WhatsApp

You confirm that the mobile number you share is yours and that you consent to receive service messages, trial alerts, and billing notices on WhatsApp.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for missed tenders, incorrect extractions, portal downtime, or losses arising from bid decisions. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with TenderChief shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil and district courts located in Baripada, Odisha, to the exclusion of all other courts.
