Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

WhatsApp trials can be stopped at any time before a paid plan is charged. Unused trial days have no cash value.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription from your dashboard or by writing to support@tenderchief.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by your UPI AutoPay / card issuer.

Refunds

If you are charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of the first paid invoice and have not used the service beyond a reasonable trial, we will refund the last payment to the original method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Refunds are not issued for completed billing periods where alerts were delivered, or for missed tenders caused by portal changes, eligibility mismatches, or user filter settings.
