We use this information to deliver tender summaries, operate trials and subscriptions, improve matching quality, and meet legal or payment-gateway requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure, messaging, and payment providers strictly as needed to run the service (for example WhatsApp Business API and Razorpay).

Retention and contact

We keep account data while your subscription or trial is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and support records. Email support@tenderchief.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
